Our dedicated facility in Ballarat is home to Australia’s only 55-metre-long 'Bunker Table,' a specialised setup designed to optimise production efficiency. Featuring a travelling automated welder with seated operation and automated fabric handling, this advanced system reduces worker fatigue, allowing for greater focus on delivering the best possible final product.
The process includes automated flaking, folding, and rolling, streamlining every stage of production. Custom-made steel cores are crafted to simplify deployment and material handling on-site. With these industry-leading methods, Bartlett ensures that every Grain Bunker Cover delivers reliability and strength, tailored to meet the demands of Australian conditions.
