Made in Australia, the Bartlett small general purpose rescue training manikin plays a very important part in common rescue scenarios such as working at height, confined space, urban search and rescue (USAR) and general handling exercises. The small rescue dummy simulates a child.

Ideally suited for predominantly dry rescue conditions, the dummy is made from washable and breathable strong 10oz Australian canvas. These dummies are tough enough to be buried under concrete, have steel lintels, concrete slabs, trees or motor vehicles laid upon them to present realistic scenarios for rescuers. In fact the Bartlett rescue dummy has been used by the Victorian State Emergency Service (SES) and Country Fire Authority (CFA) for years.

Importantly, the rescue training dummy removes the risk of pinch welts and bruising being inflicted on trainees, which is a common injury when using plastic bodied dummies with hard limb joints (for example when a hard knee joint folds over the forearm of a trainee). The rescue manikins are fabricated in a fully flexible 10oz canvas, enabling maximum movement and the ability to forcibly wrap a knee joint around a trainee’s forearm with no risk of injury.

This item is manufactured and dispatched from Ballarat VIC, Australia by our team, who thanks you for supporting Australian manufacturing.
